Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your package rate secures your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Rescheduling
Need to move your date? Let us know at least 14 days in advance and we’ll happily apply your deposit to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full balance may be due, as the date can no longer be offered to other clients.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due on or before delivery of your final gallery. Galleries are released once payment is complete.
Severe weather & emergencies
If circumstances beyond anyone’s control (severe weather, illness, venue closure) prevent the shoot, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra deposit.
