These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jolly.international and the photography services and products offered by JollyJ Photography. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the package rate) is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery of your gallery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copyright & usage
All photographs and films remain the intellectual property of JollyJ Photography. Clients receive a personal-use print release. Commercial use, resale, or removal of watermarks requires prior written permission. We may use images from your session for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Prints & products
Fine-art prints are made to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed media. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
