Digital images & galleries
Because photography services and delivered digital galleries are bespoke and non-returnable, all sales of services and digital products are final. Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date as described in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Fine-art prints
Prints are made to order. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a free replacement. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.
